In order to ensure smooth warranty conditions and avoid long-term RMA periods we ask you to follow our RMA process defined below. You can download our International RMA application form from here or ask our colleagues for sending it to you via e-mail.
1. Please fill out the International RMA application form for every product completely and send them to rma@crown-tech.hu. Please do not prepare RMA form for those defective products which were damaged by the customer, misuse or by thunderbolt or working properly or are out of warranty. Please try to send back RMAs continuously. Do not collect them in your warehouse until the end of warranty period, because it can cause problems. Please calculate with the shipping time to us and to the manufacturer.
2. We issue your RMA identification number within 1 working day that you should use during the RMA process at every document.
3. Please forward in safe packages the defective products to our company, taking care of the current customs regulations in your country, if any. Please indicate the RMA number on every boxes.
4. We immediately begin our inside RMA process after receiving the defective products. First we check the product conditions and rightfulness of your RMA inquiry. If some products are out of warranty from any reason we can not continue the procedure with them. You can pick them up in our warehouse anytime. After that we test all products with manufacturers tests, because many products come back to us without any failure. In that case we charge you €20 per product as test services and you can pick them up in our warehouse anytime.
5. Based on the manufacturers RMA terms and condition we send the defective products that have met their warranty conditions to the manufacturer. After receiving the repaired goods (at some manufacturer it could take more than a Month) we inform you and you can pick them up in our warehouse anytime.
6. Depending on the warranty terms and conditions of the given manufacturer, we can offer advance-replacement service for a certain fee in addition to the unit price. After receiving the defective product we credit you the unit.
