If you would like to order from us, all you need to do is to register your company at sales@crown-tech.eu. For successful registration we need the following parameters of your company:

- Invoicing and shipping address
- Bank details (account no, bank address)
- Company registration number
- International VAT number

Prices
We issue an International Pricelist which is updated regularly. We always take care of our competitiveness. You can download it from our main page or from here now. At large quantities or at long term relationship our partners enjoy additional discounts.
Currencies
As it is defined in the International Pricelist the currencies could be EUR or USD depending on the product.
Shipping
EXW Budapest, however, we can organize low cost shipping and other terms of delivery in case-by-case basis.
Payment
Payment in advance to our Proforma Invoice.
Support
We offer pre- and post-sales support. Support via mail or phone is free of charge until a reasonable level. We offer on the spot support, installation and maintenance services for competitive prices also.
Warranty
We ensure the original manufacturers warranty terms and conditions for all products in our place of business. Based on that we offer advanced replacements also. We repair almost all kind of out of warranty products in our service for competitive prices.
